We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don't order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any Unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Refund Policy:We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FAQ
Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes, we only sell high-quality 100% human hair.
Test it by burning: The synthetic or fiber hair will be melted with the black smoke as soon as you burning it. But the 100% virgin human hair will immediately catch fire, burn nearly instantly curling into a little ball, and smell like burning hair.
Can I straighten / style the hair with flatiron / curler ?
Yes, all hair we sell is virgin hair, so you can straighten / style it with flatiron/curler, and you can dye it as well. It is noteworthy that you need to pay attention to the time.
Can the hair be bleached/permed/dyed?
The answer is yes.all of VIYA HAIR products are made with 100% human hair. They can be permed, dyed, bleached anyway. But be remember that all of the electric treatments with hair will cause varying degrees of damage. so if you are not good at it, please let the professional hairdresser do it to make sure there is no damage to human hair.
How long can it last?
Normally it depends on your method/level of care. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 18 months.
Can I ask for a small/large cap size?
Our Stock Size is Medium which is 22.5 inches, and we have the combs and elastic band or adjustable straps inside to help fit the head.
For lace front/lace closure wig: 1. Small Size is 21.5 inches, Large Size is 23.5 inches, you should know your own size and make a suitable decision. 2. If you change to those special sizes, you may need to wait about another extra 2-3 days.

How can I track my order?
Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order. Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.

I can't track my order using the tracking number provided ?
Normally there will be tracking information updates in 1-2 business days after you receive the tracking number. Please contact customer service to confirm the tracking number & shipping information. You can contact us through our live chat or message us. You may also contact the shipping carrier to confirm if the order was shipped.
Can I exchange/cancel my order?
Yes, you can, but you need to contact us within 48 hours via Email (Before Shipped) , if not, it will be charged a processing fee.
How do I return my order? Who pay for the return charge?
You can send an email to us, title as “Return + Order Number + Reason”, we will respond ASAP. Hair quality and damage issues, we will pay the return shipping cost. If you don't want your order /or you place wrong order/ or want a longer length/ you would like to exchange the order , you will pay for the return charge, and if you want refund will be reduced the 29$ from your amount (Shipping Fee).
